Our billing is done in-house. This makes it convenient for us and for patients to get answers to billing questions. For self-pay patients, the total amount of the visit is due at the time of visit unless other arrangements have been made prior to the office visit. For those with insurance your co-pay is to be collected at the time of check-in. We will file insurance claims unless you request otherwise. If you plan to file your own insurance, full payment for services rendered will be expected prior to your departing the office. The majority of visits + procedures are covered. If not, the patient is responsible for the uncovered portion of his/her bill.
